How to replace the temples on your metal frame glasses?

  1. Gather the tools: You will need a precision screwdriver suitable for glasses.
  2. Loosen the screw: Hold the frame securely and turn the hinge screw counterclockwise until it is released.
  3. Remove the temple: Carefully slide out the old temple, avoiding excessive force on the hinge.
