Installing Ray-Ban RB3636 replacement lenses
Before installation, confirm both details on the temple: model RB3636 and size 55 or 58. If either detail does not match, do not force the lens into the frame.
The RB3636 is a metal frame, so lens replacement is normally done by loosening the rim screw, positioning the lens precisely and closing the rim again without damaging the thread. Work on a clean surface and avoid twisting the frame.
Do not apply heat as you might with some acetate frames, and do not press the lens in by force. With metal sunglass frames, correct alignment is essential so the tension is distributed evenly around the lens.
