Cancel Order

You can exercise your right of withdrawal by cancellation within a period of 14 natural days from the date of payment for the purchase, without the need for justification.

The withdrawal decision must be notified through the Order Cancellation Form. Please note that if you do not notify us one business day before (1 working day for us) that your order is to be shipped, we will not be able to stop the shipment.

In the case of cancellations of prescription lenses and customized products according to the General Law for the Defense of Consumers, they are exempt from the right of withdrawal due to being a customized product. In the cancellations of glasses with prescription lenses, a refund will only be issued for the frame.

Once we receive and verify the cancellation status, we will proceed with the refund of the amount corresponding to the canceled goods. The refund will be processed in the same manner as the product payment. Please note that the refund process may take up to approximately 14 days from the product cancellation.
