These replacement lenses are the ideal solution if your current lenses are scratched or damaged, or if you simply want to change the colour of your sunglasses without replacing the frame.
The Ray-Ban Aviator RB3025, also known as Aviador or Pilot, is one of Ray-Ban’s most recognisable designs. Replacing only the lenses lets you keep your original frame while restoring the protection, visual clarity and classic look of your sunglasses.
Compatibility with Ray-Ban RB3025 Aviator
These lenses are exclusively compatible with the following model:
- Model: Ray-Ban RB3025 Aviador / Aviator
- Brand: Ray-Ban
- Available sizes: 55 mm, 58 mm and 62 mm
- Material: mineral glass, according to the original Ray-Ban reference
Before placing your order, check the reference engraved on your sunglasses. On the Aviator model, this information may appear on the inside of the temple or in the bridge area. You will usually see an inscription similar to this:
RB3025 001/58 58□14
In this example:
- RB3025 indicates the frame model.
- 58 indicates the lens size.
- The middle code, such as 001/58, identifies the original frame and/or lens colour.
You should always choose the same size shown on your frame to ensure the correct fit.
These lenses are not compatible with other Ray-Ban models such as RB3026, RB3044, Wayfarer, Clubmaster or other similar styles. Even when some models look alike, each frame uses a different lens shape and size.

Original Ray-Ban lenses
This product includes original Ray-Ban lenses for the RB3025 Aviator model. They are made to the original model specifications, preserving the shape, curve, optical quality and finishing that define Ray-Ban.
As these are original Ray-Ban lenses, they include the Ray-Ban logo. On polarized versions, the marking may appear as Ray-Ban P, depending on the manufacturer’s original reference.

Can I change the colour of my original lenses?
Yes. You can choose a different colour from the one originally fitted to your sunglasses, as long as you correctly select the RB3025 model and the matching size: 55, 58 or 62 mm.
For example, if your Ray-Ban Aviator originally came with green lenses, you can switch to gradient, polarized or mirror lenses if they are available for your size.
Polarized, gradient and mirror lenses

Installing Ray-Ban RB3025 Aviator Lenses
Replacing the lenses in Ray-Ban RB3025 Aviator sunglasses can be done at home with care. Unlike plastic frames, the Aviator uses a metal frame with screws, so you need to loosen the lens rim before removing the old lens.
Before you begin, make sure you have selected the correct RB3025 model and the matching size: 55 mm, 58 mm or 62 mm.

Basic steps to replace the lenses
- Place the sunglasses on a clean, protected surface.
- Locate the screws holding the metal rim around each lens.
- Loosen the screw carefully, without fully removing it unless necessary.
- Gently remove the old lens.
- Insert the new lens, making sure the right lens and left lens are in the correct position.
- Set the metal rim back around the lens.
- Tighten the screw gently, without applying excessive force.
- Check that the lens is seated properly and that the frame is not under stress.
Do not force the frame or overtighten the screws, as this may damage the thread or the metal rim. If you are not used to handling metal sunglasses, we recommend visiting an optician or contacting us before replacing the lenses.
