How do I know which lens size I need?
It is the number just before the □ symbol on the inside of the temple. In a reference such as RB2140 901 50□22 150, your lens size is 50 mm. The next number (22) is the bridge and the last one (150) is the temple length: you don't need them for the lenses. If the reference has worn off, send us a photo of your glasses and we will confirm it.
Who checks my prescription?
Our optical team checks your prescription details before production. If something doesn't add up, we will contact you. This is a remote service: we do not carry out eye tests.
Can I return them?
No, except for manufacturing defects: they are made to measure with your prescription. That is why we check the prescription and lens size with you before making them.
How long does delivery take?
With standard shipping and parts in stock, 1-4 business days to Spain and Portugal, 1-13 to the rest of Europe and 9-20 to the USA and Canada. If any part is made to order, preparation takes 3-6 business days and you will see it at checkout. Standard shipping is free on qualifying orders within Europe and every order is tracked.
