Identify your glasses without mistakes
The shape of the frame is not enough. To find the right part we need the details printed on the inside of one of the temples.
- 1Find the inner inscriptionIt is usually near the hinge or in the middle of the temple.
- 2Copy all the detailsInclude letters, numbers, slashes and the symbol between lens size and bridge.
- 3Check the partFor lenses the lens size matters most; for temples, also colour and length.

CompatibilityHow do I know which lens size I need?
Look for an inscription such as RB2140 901 50□22. The number 50 is the lens size. It must match the option you choose exactly, because lenses of different sizes are not interchangeable.
ProductWhat is the difference between a genuine part and a compatible one?
A genuine part comes from the brand and keeps its official markings. A compatible part is independently made, does not carry the brand's logo and is made to fit a specific model and lens size.
ArmsDo temples include hinge screws?
Not always. Where they are not included, the product page offers them as an optional extra, because many frames allow you to reuse the existing screws.
InstallationCan I fit the part at home?
Many parts can be fitted by following the guide for your model. Do not force the frame or use heat or tools other than those indicated.
OrderWhere can I track my order?
When your order ships you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can also use the order tracking page.
ShippingHow long does delivery take?
It depends on the product, the preparation it needs and the destination country. The estimated time is shown before you confirm the order and is updated when it leaves our warehouse.
After-salesWhat if I ordered the wrong size?
Do not try to fit the part. Keep the packaging and contact our team with your order number, the frame model and photos of the reference inside the temple.
WarrantyWhat does the three-year warranty cover?
It covers manufacturing defects in the part. It does not cover damage caused by incorrect fitting, impacts, normal wear or using an incompatible reference.
