These lenses are not compatible with Ray-Ban RB2016 Predator 1, three-lens Predator models or other similar-looking Ray-Ban wrap-around sunglasses. The shape, bevel and Base 9 curvature must match for the lens to fit correctly.

The new lenses are already manufactured with the curvature required for this model. They must not be bent, heated or forced in an attempt to alter their shape. A flat lens or a lens from another model will not fit correctly into the frame groove.
The Ray-Ban RB2027 Predator 2 uses a rigid nylon / propionate frame with no screws in the rim. Lens replacement is carried out by press-fit installation, seating the lens into the inner channel of the frame.
Because the frame is rigid and the lenses are made of mineral glass, installation must be done with particular care. Applying gentle heat with warm water or a low-power hair dryer to the frame may help it give slightly, but excessive heat must never be used and the lens must not be forced.
