On plastic or nylon frames like the RB4232, lenses are usually installed by pressure. You may apply gentle heat with a hair dryer from a safe distance for a few seconds to make the rim slightly more flexible. Insert one edge of the lens into the groove first, then press gradually around the frame until it seats evenly.
For metal frames, installation is normally done by loosening the rim screw. Rimless frames should be handled by a professional, and folding frames require special care around the hinges.
If the lens does not go in with reasonable pressure, stop. Forcing the frame can deform or crack it; if you are unsure, ask an optician to fit the lenses for you.
