Before you choose

Find the right lens size for your RB4454

The inscription on the inside of the arm lets you confirm the model and exact lens measurement without visually comparing frames.

Inscription on the inside of the arm: RB4454 ··· 53□·· 145Example for guidance only. The position and order of the codes may vary depending on the frame.

How to read the inscription

In an inscription such as RB4454 ··· 53□·· 145, each part has a purpose:

RB4454ModelMust match this product.
···Frame colorIdentifies the finish of the frame front.
53Lens sizeThis is the size you need to select.
··BridgeThis is not the lens size.

This reference comes in 2 sizes. Find the number right before the □ symbol on your arm and choose that same lens size:

  • 53□ → 53 mm
  • 56□ → 56 mm

The number after the □ is the bridge: it isn't used to choose the lens. Can't read it? Measure your lens from side to side at its widest point; that measurement in millimeters matches the lens size.

  • Look for the color code, which may appear after the size (e.g., 31, 48, 71, B1, 56, 51).

We answer your questions

FAQ

Is the price for one lens or for the pair?

The price is for a complete pair: original Ray-Ban right and left lenses.

Can I choose a different color from the original?

Yes. You can choose another available variant as long as you select the RB4454 model and the exact lens size of your frame.

How do I know if I need 53 or 56 mm?

Look for the reference on the inside of the arm. In an inscription such as RB4454 ··· 53□··, the number 53 is the lens size.

Are all colors available in all lens sizes?

Not necessarily. Final availability depends on the lens size and the color and coating combination: when you choose a lens size, you'll only see the colors that exist for it.

Do the polarized versions have a logo?

Yes. On polarized variants, the marking may appear as Ray-Ban P, in addition to the discreet RB engraving.

Will they fit another similar model?

No. Shape doesn't determine compatibility: these lenses are only for reference RB4454 and the lens size you choose.
