Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, and Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Spanish Consumer Protection Act), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase as set out below.
1. Your Right to Withdraw
If you are a consumer (a natural person acting for purposes outside your trade, business, craft, or profession), you have the right to withdraw from the contract of sale within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods. In the case of multiple goods ordered in one order but delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement. You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

4. Effects of Withdrawal
a) Refund
If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (if applicable). However, we may deduct the cost of delivery if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than:
- 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods, or
- 14 days from the day on which you supply evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest.
b) Returning the Goods
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us, to:

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
c) Return Costs
You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we have agreed otherwise or failed to inform you that you must bear such costs.
d) Condition of Returned Goods
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. This means you may inspect the goods as you would in a physical shop, but you should not use them beyond what is necessary to determine whether you wish to keep them.
5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Personalized or custom-made goods: Products that have been personalized to your specifications or are clearly tailored to your individual needs, including but not limited to prescription (Rx) lenses manufactured according to your personal optical prescription.
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed after delivery.
- Goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items according to their nature.
If you have ordered a combination of standard and personalized products, the right of withdrawal applies only to the standard (non-personalized) items, provided they can be separated from the personalized items without affecting their value.
6. Guarantee of Conformity
The right of withdrawal is separate from and additional to the legal guarantee of conformity. Under Directive (EU) 2019/771 and applicable Spanish law, goods must conform with the contract of sale. You have a minimum two-year legal guarantee for lack of conformity. If a product is defective or does not conform with the contract, you may request repair, replacement, a price reduction, or termination of the contract, as provided by law.
