All our spare parts come with a 3-year warranty. If a part has a manufacturing defect, we will find a solution for you.

What it covers

  • Original lenses, arms and parts: official 3-year manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Compatible lenses and arms: we cover any manufacturing defect for 36 months.

What it doesn’t cover

Damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear or incorrect handling (for example knocks, scratches or a forced installation).

How to use the warranty

  1. Write to us through the contact form and choose “Defective or broken product, or warranty”.
  2. Include your order number and attach photos of the problem.
  3. We review your case and reply within 1–3 business days with the solution.

Warranty and returns are not the same

The warranty covers manufacturing defects for 3 years. If you want to return an unused product because you made a mistake or no longer need it, you have 14 calendar days from delivery: see Returns and exchanges.

You also keep the legal guarantee granted by applicable law.
